Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you’re overseas and interested in a shirt, message us and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery options
- Standard Tracked: £4.99, delivered in 3–5 working days
- Express Tracked: £6.99, delivered in 1–2 working days
- Free Standard Tracked delivery on orders over £50
All orders are sent with Royal Mail and are fully tracked.
When we post your order
Standard orders are posted within 1–2 working days. Express orders are posted the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Packaging
Every shirt is folded with care, wrapped and posted in a protective mailer with its Back Post Vintage tag attached.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of being posted, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We’ll chase it with Royal Mail and put things right, with a replacement where possible or a full refund.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’re happy to send it again, but we’ll need to charge the postage a second time.
