Second-hand shirts,
sold honestly.

Back Post Vintage finds pre-owned football shirts, checks every one by hand and gives them another season of wear.

Why “Back Post”?

The back post is the far post: where the late run arrives and the ball nobody was watching drops at someone’s feet. It’s the best place on the pitch for a surprise.

That’s what a good vintage find feels like. Our logo is exactly that moment: the crossbar, the back post, and the ball tucked in the corner.

Our story

Everyone remembers their first kit. The shirt that came out of the bag two sizes too big so it would “last a few seasons”. The one you wore to bed the night before a match, wore again the morning after a defeat, and refused to take off until somebody made you.

Most of us don’t keep it. It gets outgrown, handed down, lost in a house move. Then years later you spot the same shirt somewhere, sponsor slightly cracked, collar a bit stretched, and you’re straight back on the touchline as a kid.

That’s why Back Post Vintage exists. Every shirt we sell was somebody’s first kit, lucky shirt or matchday favourite. We find them, check them properly and pass them on, so they get another season of being loved.

How every shirt gets here

  1. 1
    Found
Sourced one shirt at a time, chosen for quality over quantity.
  2. 2
    Washed & checked
Washed, then checked in good light: crest, sponsor, fabric, seams and tags.
  3. 3
    Graded out of 10
Graded on the cautious side, with every flaw named and photographed.
  4. 4
    Tagged & listed
Measured, photographed and tagged with its own swing tag before it’s listed.
Honest grading
If a shirt sits between two grades, it gets the lower one. No surprises when it arrives.
Genuine only
If we can’t be confident a shirt is authentic, we don’t sell it.
Another season
Pre-owned means a great shirt gets worn again, not left in a drawer.
